Refund policy

‍Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned or exchanged.

An adult 21+ must sign for the package.

If your package is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts because an adult was not present to sign, we cannot refund the transaction.

However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at hello@minneapoliscider.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.
