Shipping policy

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.

An adult 21+ must sign for the package.

If your package is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts because an adult was not present to sign, we cannot refund the transaction.
